Refunds & Returns Policy


Prior notification of return must be arranged with NQ Crash.

For a refund to be processed, products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase at the expense of the customer.

A processing charge of 10% will be applied to all approved refunds and return freight will be charged.

A Refund will be made only after returned parts are received.


All returns must be acknowledged by NQ Crash and the reasons for the return must be specified. Contact us and request a Return of Goods form prior to arranging a return.

If a wrong part is supplied, NQ Crash will arrange the parts replacement in the shortest time frame possible on its own expenses.

If a faulty part is supplied and the part is still under warranty, the Customer will have to send the part back on his/hers expenses and after an examination by NQ Crash's qualified mechanic, new part will be supplied with no extra freight charges.

All parts to be returned in original packaging.

In the event of any dispute, a mutually acceptable third party opinion is to be obtained to adjudicate on claims.
